APC chieftain and public works contractor. Arrested at Heathrow in 2019 with fake Malta passport and £200,000 cash. Investigated by EFCC in 2021 over alleged N51 billion Customs Service fraud. Fled to Dubai to evade justice. Awarded N21.68bn NAMA headquarters contract through shell company NHD Interbiz Projects Ltd in March 2026 by Minister Keyamo.
