Ogoni Nine executed

Ken Saro-Wiwa and eight other Ogoni activists were executed after trials widely condemned as unfair by rights groups. The executions placed Niger Delta environmental justice, oil company responsibility, minority rights, and military repression at the center of Nigeria's global image.
