Shell company owned by former NNPC General Manager Aminu Baba-Kusa; co-defendant (3rd) in FCT/HC/CR/43/2015. EFCC alleges ₦1.45bn was transferred to its UBA bank account from the ONSA-CBN account between 9 October 2014 and 17 April 2015 with the purported purpose of 'organising prayers'. PW1 (Adariku Michael) testimony before Justice Agbaza established Acacia and Arabcaria Farms as sister companies of Baba-Kusa.
