Switzerland-based oil-and-gas subsidiary of Chinese state-owned Sinopec. Named in DOJ filings as the entity that wired the $2.1M bribe to former NNPC GM Paulinus Okoronkwo in October 2015. Used a sham consultancy engagement letter listing a fake Lagos address. As of the DOJ release the corporate side does not appear separately charged.
