9th defendant in N29 billion Adamawa fraud case. Identified by EFCC as primary conduit for diverted security funds. Received over N800 million directly from Ma'aji Iro (Zenith Bank Regional Manager) from Adamawa State accounts, taking orders from Murtala Nyako per EFCC detective testimony. Received transfers from other defendant companies (Tower Assets N678 million, Maxion Option Limited N160 million). Arraigned July 2015.
