Colonel Dauda Komo served as Military Administrator of Rivers State (1993–1996) under Abacha and presided over the security apparatus that arrested, tried, and executed Ken Saro-Wiwa and the Ogoni Nine in 1995 — a human-rights stain widely condemned internationally.
