Dominic Oneya

Brigadier General Dominic Obukadata Oneya (26 May 1948 – 4 August 2021) was a Nigerian Army officer and administrator born in Lagos to a Delta-State family (Agbarho, Ughelli North LGA). Commissioned in 1971 from the Nigerian Defence Academy; later academic training in Physical Education (Ife/OAU) and the Canadian Land Force Command and Staff College.
