Federal Capital Territory Administration

Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) — administrative authority over Abuja, Nigeria's capital territory established by Decree 6 of 1976. The FCTA is headed by the FCT Minister appointed by the President, exercising the powers a state Governor would otherwise hold under Section 299 of the 1999 Constitution.
