Federal High Court of Nigeria — the court of original jurisdiction for federal-revenue, electoral, banking, customs, immigration, terrorism, money-laundering, drug-trafficking, and corporate-affairs cases under Section 251 of the 1999 Constitution. Established by the Federal High Court Act (Cap F12 LFN 2004). Houses the bulk of Nigeria's post-2011 terrorism-financing prosecutions, including those covered in this archive's Boko Haram financier convictions.
