Federal Ministry of Justice — the cabinet ministry headed by the Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Nigeria's chief law officer under Section 150 of the 1999 Constitution. Oversees federal civil and criminal prosecutions through the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions of the Federation. The current AGF is Lateef Fagbemi SAN, appointed by President Tinubu in August 2023.
