Moses Adasu
Reverend Father Moses Orshio Adasu (d. 20 November 2005) served as civilian Governor of Benue State from January 1992 until November 1993 on the SDP platform during the Third Republic; tenure cut short by the Sani Abacha coup. A Catholic priest who described his political mission as "to baptise politics and make it pure," Adasu was later appointed by President Olusegun Obasanjo in January 2001 as a member of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC), resigning in June 2002 to return to partisan politics. No corruption allegations or cases have been found against Adasu personally. Folder index.md is a TBD placeholder; structured corruption file correctly records his association with the anti-corruption commission as `contextual`.
