Owner of Pentagon Engineering Service, the vendor entity at the center of the Oyo State contract-conspiracy charges. Co-defendant with former Governor Adebayo Alao-Akala and Senator Hosea Agboola in EFCC's October 2011 arraignment at the Oyo State High Court. The contracts were allegedly awarded without budgetary appropriation.
