Alleged
Dr. Olusegun Kokumo Agagu
No cases captured in current corpus — major research gap. Olusegun Agagu was PDP governor of Ondo State 2003–2009; his 2007 re-election was annulled by the Court of Appeal on 24 February 2009 in favour of Olusegun Mimiko (Labour Party) on grounds of electoral malpractice. He had previously served as Federal Minister of Aviation under Obasanjo. He died in Lagos in 2013. Recommended research follow-up: (a) the Court of Appeal annulment judgment; (b) any EFCC interest in Ondo state funds 2009 onwards; (c) ministerial-era aviation regulator findings. Status (provisional): `alleged` — substance is publicly known but no captured archive sources.
