Sagir Attahiru Bafarawa

Son of former Sokoto Governor Attahiru Bafarawa and a director of the family-controlled Dalhatu Investment Ltd. Arrested by EFCC alongside his father, Raymond Dokpesi and Bashir Yuguda on 30 November – 1 December 2015. 4th defendant in FCT/HC/CR/42/2015 — the ₦19.4bn ONSA breach-of-trust prosecution. Family-member rule satisfied: charged in his own right and central to the public allegation, with Dalhatu Investment Ltd allegedly receiving ₦1.5bn from Bashir Yuguda's Jabbama Ltd on Sambo Dasuki's instruction. Pleaded not guilty.
