Former Director of Finance and Administration in the Office of the National Security Adviser; operated a joint CBN account with Sambo Dasuki. Originally arrested by the DSS in late 2015 and identified as Dasuki's source; signed a confessional statement on 20 November 2014 describing how he collected $47m and €5.6m in cash from the CBN — 11 briefcases — and delivered them to Dasuki at his residence at No. 13 John Kadiya Street, Asokoro. Initially 2nd defendant on the original 19-count charge (December 2015) alongside Dasuki; his name was later dropped so he could serve as prosecution witness. Has not been independently prosecuted.
