Diamond Bank account held by a company whose principal signatory is Ibrahim Babajide Obanikoro — son of former Minister of State for Defence Musiliu Obanikoro; co-signatory Gbolahan Obanikoro. EFCC: the company is a Dasukigate-era conduit through which approximately ₦4.7bn was wired from the ONSA in June 2014 ostensibly for 'security equipment' but actually for the 2014 Ekiti and Osun PDP gubernatorial campaigns. Was named in EFCC charge counts against Dasuki (transfer of ₦4.685bn 'purporting payment for physical security infrastructure'), against Fayose (₦2.2bn arrived to Sylvan McNamara, was withdrawn in cash, airlifted to Akure airport, delivered as ₦1.219bn cash + $5m to Fayose at Spotless Hotel, Ado-Ekiti, 16–17 June 2014), and against Omisore (₦1.3bn paid in four tranches July–August 2014 onward to Sawanara Ltd, Fimex Gilt Ltd, Metropolitan Consortium).
