The most significant integrity concern during this tenure relates to the April 2024 incident in which the EFCC alleged that Ododo was present at and departed from former governor Yahaya Bello's Abuja residence during an arrest attempt, enabling Bello's evasion of a court-issued arrest warrant; Bello subsequently surrendered in September 2024 and was arraigned in November 2024. No charge has been filed against Ododo himself.
