Very brief reigns of Alafin Adebo and Alafin Maku

After Awole's death c. 1796, Adebo reigned for approximately 130 days and Maku for approximately three months, both having extremely brief reigns as the Oyo polity fractured. These were followed by an interregnum of five years before the next Alafin was installed. This pattern mirrors the 1754 crisis of Labisi and Awonbioju but is now accompanied by wider political disintegration.
